<ul>
<li>450 gr de farine de blé complète.</li>
<li>150 gr de farine blanche.</li>
<li>40 gr de levure chimique.</li>
<li>30 gr d&rsquo;un mélange de graines de sésame, de nigelle et de fenouil.</li>
<li>50 gr (ml) d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.</li>
<li>20 gr de sucre en poudre.</li>
<li>8 gr de sel.</li>
<li>340 gr d&rsquo;eau tiède.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Pétrir dans un robot tous les ingrédients, puis laisser lever la pâte.</p>
<p>Pétrir à nouveau et former 3 rouleaux de 35 cm de long avec les 2/3 de la pâte.</p>
<p>Tresser ces rouleaux et les poser sur une plaque recouverte par un papier cuisson.</p>
<p>Faire une petite tresse avec la pâte restante, la poser sur la première tresse ,puis laisser lever la pâte dans un milieu chaud.</p>
<p>Badigeonner d&rsquo;eau et saupoudrer de farine blanche.</p>
<p>Enfourner dans un four chaud à 200 °C pendant 50 minutes.</p>
