<ul>
<li>600 gr de farine complète</li>
<li>30 gr de levure boulangère</li>
<li>8 gr de sel</li>
<li>50 ml d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>10 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>20 gr de grains de tournesol</li>
<li>20 gr de grain de lin</li>
<li>300 gr d’eau tiède</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Ajouter le sucre à la levure boulangère et le 1/3 de l’eau et laisser agir la levure durant 10 minutes au moins<br />
Mettre la farine, le sel, l’huile d’olive et le mélange sucre levure eau dans un robot et pétrir au moins 10 minutes<br />
Faire griller les grains<br />
Laisser lever la pâte ajouter les 2/3 des grains grillés et pétrir un peu pour dégazer la pâte<br />
La pâte obtenue est collante façonner sur un plan fariné 3 boules et laisser lever la pâte<br />
Badigeonner la pâte avec de l’eau et bien saupoudrer avec le reste des grains grillés<br />
Inciser chaque boule avec un couteau aiguisé<br />
Enfourner dans un four chaud jusqu’à dorure du pain</p>
