<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Eplucher, laver, couper en dés et sauter l’oignon avec le sel, poivre et un peu d’huile d’olive.</p>
<p>Ajouter la viande hachée, un verre d’eau, remuer et laisser cuire jusqu’à évaporation complète de liquide.</p>
<p>Hors feu, ajouter le basilic remuer et réserver.</p>

<p>Couper la partie supérieure du pain, enlever la mie pour vider le pain.</p>
<p>Huiler le pain par un bon filet d’huile d’olive.</p>

<p>Étaler une cuillère de sauce tomate pizza.</p>
<p>Parsemer une cuillère de mozzarella râpé, puis ajouter le ¼ de la viande hachée cuite avec l’oignon, faire un trou au milieu et y mettre l’œuf très frais et ajouter une cuillère de mozzarella râpé et enfin couvrir le pain pour cacher le tout.</p>
<p>Enfourner le 4 pain dans un four chaud à 160°C 25 à 30 minutes.</p>

<p><b>Décoration</b></p>
<p>Mélanger le fromage, le lait et les graines de pavot et mettre le mélange dans une poche à douille</p>
<p>Décorer les pains au niveau des incisions et les présenter accompagnés d’une salade.</p>
<p>NB : les œufs doivent être très frais car ils seront mi-cuits, si on n’aime pas les œufs mi-cuits alors les faire cuire avant de les utiliser.</p>
