<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre la moitié des courgettes et de poivrons lavés et coupés en morceaux  ainsi que l’ail et les herbes dans le bol de Thermomix et mixer 6 secondes /vit 4.</p>

<p>Ouvrir chaque filet en deux dans l’épaisseur, les farcir avec le mélange et les fermer par les piques en bois, assaisonner les filets par un peu de sel et poivre et les placer dans le varoma.</p>

<p>Mettre dans le plateau le reste des rondelles de courgette et des lamelles de poivron</p>
<p>Verser l’eau dans le bol, insérer le panier qui contient les rondelles de pomme de terre, mettre le varoma en place et cuire 30 minutes /varoma / vit 1.</p>
<p>A la sonnerie, retirer le varoma , le panier et conserver le jus de cuisson pour préparer  la sauce.</p>

<p>Mettre tous les ingrédients de la sauce dans le bol et cuire 3 minutes /100°C / vit 3, puis mixer 10 secondes / vit 10.</p>
