<li>2 c à s de concentré de tomate مركزالطماطم</li>
<li>1 c à c de sucre مص سكر</li>
<li>Du basilic حبق</li>
<li>1 c à s de ail persil-coriandre hachésقزبرة ومقدونسثوم</li>
<li>Des spaghittis سباكيتي</li>
<li>1 cube de bouillon facultatifضامةالبنة</li>
<li>De l’eau bouillanteماءغليان</li>
<li>Du parmesanجبنالبرمجان</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><b>Préparation</b></strong></p>
<p>Couper finement l’oignon au couteau ou dans un robot</p>
<p>Dans une cocotte ou  cookeo Moulinex mettre l’huile d’olive, l’oignon finement coupé,régler le cocokeo mode manuel migeotage fort</p>
<p>ajouter la viande hachée, émietter la viande hachée</p>
<p>Ajouter  l’ail persil-coriandre hachés en  les remuant souvent, le concentré de tomate, la sauce tomate, les épices, le sel, le basilic, laisser rissoler en remuant souvent</p>
<p>Ajouter un verre d’eau, couvrir le cookeo et cuire la viande hachée en réglant mode manuel haute pression 3 minutes</p>
<p>Ajouter les spaghittis, un peu de basilic, le cube de bouillon, couvrir avec de l’eau bouillante , remuer le tout</p>
<p>Cuire la pâte le temps est marqué sur le paquet , en général 10 minutes, pour cookeo régler basse pression 10 minutes</p>
<p>Laisser reposer la pâte 10 minutes en réglant maintenir au chaud</p>
<p>Servir ces spaghittis à la sauce bolognaise, ajouter le fromage parmesan<br />

<li>250 gr de viande hachée de bœuf</li>
<li>50 ml d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>3 oignons nouveaux</li>
<li>1 gousse d’ail</li>

<li>100 gr de concentré de tomate</li>
<li>Un peu de persil</li>
<li>½  c à c de   chaque : sel, poivre, herbe de Provence</li>
<li>1 bouillon de bœuf</li>
<li>100 gr  de parmesan</li>

<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p><b>La sauce au Thermomix</b></p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix l’ail et les oignons coupés en dés et mixer 5 sec /vit5, racler les bords et ajouter  l’huile d’olive et régler 2 min / 90 °/ vit 2.</p>

<p>Ajouter le concentré de tomate, la viande hachée, le sel, le poivre, l’herbe de province et le bouillon, puis mixer 5 sec / vit 5.</p>

<p>Pendant ce temps cuire les pâtes</p>
<p><b>La cuisson de la pâte</b></p>
<p>Porter l’eau à ébullition dans un grand fait tout (il faut compter 1litre d’eau pour 100 gr de spaghettis).</p>
<p>A ébullition, ajouter le sel,  les pâtes, puis les  remuer. Laisser cuire selon le temps mentionné sur le paquet.</p>
<p>Après cuisson, égoutter l’excédent de l’eau de cuisson</p>

<ul>
<li>500 gr de spaghettis linguine à l’encre de seiche</li>
<li>50 ml d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>150 gr de champignons en morceaux de conserve</li>
<li>100 gr de petits pois</li>
<li>2 carottes râpées</li>
<li>2 c à s de persil et coriandre hachés</li>
<li>1 tomate</li>
<li>3 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>1 c à s de basilic</li>
<li>500 gr de calamar</li>
<li>300 gr de crevettes décortiquées</li>
<li>1 c à c de   chaque : sel, poivre, gingembre</li>
<li>1 bouillon de poisson</li>
<li>100 ml d’eau</li>
<li>60 gr  de parmesan</li>
<li>100 de mozzarella</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p><b>La sauce aux fruits de mer</b></p>
<p>Laver, épépiner les tomates et les couper en dés en gardant la peau.</p>
<p>Laver les calamars et les couper en bâtonnets de moins de 1 cm d’épaisseur.</p>
<p>Mettre l’huile d’olive dans une grande poêle.  Râper l’ail et le chauffer 2minutes.</p>
<p>Ajouter les calamars, carottes, tomates coupées avec peau sans pépins, l’eau, poivre, sel, les bouillons, couvrir et laisser cuire 10 minutes.</p>

<p>Ajouter les champignons, les crevettes, les  laisser cuire 5 min.</p>
<p>Eteindre, ajouter persil et basilic , petits pois blanchis dans l’eau bouillante salée et les fromages.</p>
<p>Réserver au chaud.</p>

<p><b>La cuisson de la pâte</b></p>
<p>Porter l’eau à ébullition dans un grand fait tout (il faut compter 1litre d’eau pour 100 gr de spaghettis).</p>
<p>A ébullition, ajouter le sel, un peu d’huile d’olive et les pâtes, puis remuer.</p>
<p>Laisser cuire 10 min (mentionné sur le paquet).</p>

<p>Après cuisson, ajouter les spaghettis, sans l’eau de cuisson, à la sauce, ajouter le reste du fromage et de persil.</p>
<p>Tourner et servir en parsemant un peu de fromage parmesan.</p>
