<li>60 gr de jaunes d’œufs</li>
<li>150 gr d’œufs entiers</li>
<li>150 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>125 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
<li>25 gr de poudre de cacao amer</li>
<li>5 gr de lavure chimique</li>
<li>175 gr de blancs d’œufs</li>
<li>50 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>Une pincée de sel</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C</p>
<p>Tamiser les produits secs ensemble (farine, cacao amer et levure chimique)</p>

<p>Meringuer les blancs d’œufs avec la pincée de sel, dés que les blancs moussent,  augmenter la vitesse du robot et  les serrer avec les 50 gr de sucre en poudre pour avoir une meringue, puis la réserver.</p>

<p>Blanchir  dans le même robot avec le fouet,10 minutes les jaunes d’œufs et les œufs entiers avec les 150 gr de sucre en poudre pour avoir une crème.</p>

<p>Ajouter à cette crème la meringue et les produits secs tamisés en les alternant  cuillère par cuillère et en tournant délicatement pour ne pas faire tomber l’appareil.</p>

<p>Etaler sur 2 silicones et enfourner à 180°C 10 minutes.</p>
<p>Après cuisson, glisser vite les silicones sur un plan de travail pour stopper la cuisson.

<p>Démouler sur des torchons propres,</p>
<p>Saupoudrer un peu de sucre en poudre sur  le biscuit  de la bûche et l’enrouler dans un torchon.</p>
