<ul>
<li>500 gr de rognons de bœuf</li>
<li>300 gr de champignons de paris frais</li>
<li>Un oignon</li>
<li>3 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>20 gr de beurre doux</li>
<li>2 c à s d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>½ c à c de gingembre et  de poivre</li>
<li>Sel selon le goût</li>
<li>100 ml de crème de cuisson</li>
<li>Un brin de romarin</li>
<li>Du persil et de coriandre</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Faire fondre le beurre dans l’huile et sauter 2 minutes les lamelles d’oignon, puis ajouter les dés de rognons dégraissés, le romarin coupé, remuer, couvrir et laisser cuire, ajouter s’il le faut un peu d’eau.</p>

<p>Ajouter les lamelles des champignons les épices et laisser réduire la sauce en remuant de temps en temps.</p>
<p>Ajouter la crème et poursuivre 2 à 3 minutes la cuisson.</p>
<p>Ajouter, hors feu la coriandre et le persil coupés finement , un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et servir ce plat  chaud.</p>
