<li>140 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>140 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
<li>140 gr de beurre doux</li>
<li>3 œufs</li>
<li>Une pincée de sel</li>
<li>1 sachet de levure chimique</li>
<li>2 voir 3 grosses pommes</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C puis  beurrer et fariner un moule à cake</p>
<p>Laver, éplucher, épépiner et couper en dés les 2 ou 3 pommes, puis réserver.</p>

<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix les œufs,  le sucre, la farine, le beurre, le sel et la levure chimique, puis régler 20 secondes/ vitesse 5</p>

<p>Verser la préparation dans le moule beurré fariné et  introduire dans l’appareil les dés de pommes, enfourner  le quatre quart à 180°C pour 50 minutes.</p>
<p>Laisser refroidir sur une grille et mettre au frais avant de déguster</p>
