<ul>
<li>100 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>5 œufs</li>
<li>100 gr de yaourt nature</li>
<li>50 ml d’huile de table</li>
<li>150 gr de chocolat riche noir ou au lait</li>
<li>25 gr de poudre de cacao amer</li>
<li>250 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
<li>14 gr de levure chimique</li>
<li>Une pincée de sel</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Dans un robot et à vitesse maximum, faire blanchir les œufs avec le sucre en poudre.<br />
Laisser le robot en marche à vitesse basse et ajouter le yaourt, l’huile, le sel, le cacao, le chocolat fondu au bain marie, la farine et la levure chimique<br />
Laisser tourner le robot jusqu’à incorporation complète des in<br />
Verser dans le moule l’appareil<br />
Enfourner à 180°C pour 45 à 50 minutes<br />
Après cuisson, démouler le cake et le laisser refroidir sur une grille</p>
