<ul>
<li>350 gr de petits pois secs</li>
<li>2 oignons nouveaux =150 gr épluchés</li>
<li>1,250 litre d’eau</li>
<li>1c à c bombée de paprika, cumin, sel</li>
<li>5 gousses d’ail ou 1 c à c d’ail en poudre</li>
<li>40 ml d’huile d’olive</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix TM5, l’oignon nouveau et régler 5 sec /vit 5</p>
<p>Racler les bords, ajouter l’ail en poudre, le sel, la moitié d’huile d’olive et  faire sauter l’oignon en réglant 2 min / 100°C / vit 0,5.</p>

<p>Ajouter les petits pois secs lavés et l’eau et faire cuire 30 min /120°C /vit 1 couvrir avec le panier.</p>

<p>Ajouter le cumin, le paprika le reste d’huile d’olive et mixer 30 sec / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement.</p>
