<li>180 gr de dés d’oignon</li>
<li>200 gr de dés de navet</li>
<li>350 gr de petits pois</li>
<li>3 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>Un peu de coriandre et persil</li>
<li>10 gr d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>1 c à c de gingembre</li>
<li>½ c à c de curcuma, de poivre</li>
<li>Du sel selon le goût</li>
<li>100 gr d’eau</li>
<li>Des lamelles d’écorces de citron confit</li>

<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix les dés d’oignon, et l’ail épluchée et régler 5 sec / vit 5.</p>

<p>Racler les bords du bol ajouter les petits  dés de viande de bœuf, les épices le sel selon le goût et l’huile d’olive et régler 20 min / 120°C/vit cuillère sans gobelet.</p>

<p>Ajouter les dés de navet et régler 5 min /120°C/ vit cuillère sans gobelet.</p>
<p>Ajouter les petits pois l’eau et faire cuire 40 à 45 min/90°C/ vit cuillère sans gobelet</p>
<p>A mi-cuisson, ouvrir le bol racler les bords pour une cuisson homogène.</p>
<p>2 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson ajouter le persil et la coriandre hachés</p>
<p>Servir ce tagine chaud décoré avec les lamelles d’écorces de citron confit.</p>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre dans une cocotte  l’oignon, l’huile d’olive, les petits pieds d’agneau coupés en deux, tous les épices, la cannelle, la sauce Maggi, l’ail écrasé et la moitié de l’eau, fermer la cocotte et donner une demi- cuisson.</p>

<p>Ajouter les pois chiches, les raisins secs et le reste d’eau et terminer la cuisson sans que les pois chiche s’écrasent.</p>
<p>Servir ce plat ce plat d’hivers chaud dans un tagine.</p>

<ul>
<li>1 lapin de un kg 500 gr.</li>
<li>De petits pois</li>
<li>De fèves décortiquées</li>
<li>1  oignon coupé.</li>
<li>2 c à s d’huile d’olive.</li>
<li>1c à s de sauce Maggi</li>
<li>du persil et de coriandre écrasés avec sel et 3 ails.</li>
<li>1c à c de chaque : curcuma, gingembre, poivre</li>
<li>2 verres d’eau.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Laver le lapin, le coupé, le mettre dans un récipient, mariner les morceaux du lapin avec le mélange herbes-ail-sel, les épices, la sauce Maggi et l’huile d’olivePlacer l’oignon dans le tagine, disposer au dessus de l’oignon les morceaux de lapin marinés l’un à coté de l’autre pour que leur cuisson soit uniforme.</p>
<p>Ajouter sur le côté l’eau, couvrir le tagine et laisser cuire.</p>

<p>Mettre à blanchir séparément les petits pois et les fèves dans l’eau bouillante salée, 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Les égoutter et les mettre dans de l’eau glacée pour stopper la cuisson, les laisser refroidir et les égoutter délicatement.</p>

<p>10 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson de lapin ajouter les légumes, couvrir le tagine et terminer la cuisson.</p>
<p>Arroser par un filet d’huile d’olive et servir le tagine chaud.</p>
