<ul>
<li>500 gr de  <a href="http://lallalatifa.com/la-pate-damande-akkda/">Akkda ici</a></li>
<li>100 gr d’œufs entiers sans coquille</li>
<li>20 gr de beurre doux ramolli</li>
<li>Un peu de gomme arabique</li>
<li>Un peu d’arôme d’amande</li>
<li>1 sachet de 7 gr de levure chimique</li>
<li>Une pincée de sel</li>
<li>Des fruits confits</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre tous les ingrédients sauf les  fruits confits dans le bol de Thermomix et régler 20 sec/ vit 6,5.</p>
<p>Si la pâte est dure, ajouter un peu d’œuf pour la rendre onctueuse</p>

<p>Mettre le mélange dans une poche à douille cannelée et façonner des rosâtres sur une silicone, décorer avec les fruits confits et enfourner dans un four chaud à 160°C 20 à 25 minutes.</p>

<p>Badigeonner les petits pains une première fois puis les laisser lever dans un endroit à l’abri de l’air ou dans un four tiède éteint.</p>
<p>Les badigeonner une deuxième fois après fermentation et les enfourner dans un four très chaud jusqu’à dorure souhaitée</p>
<p>Après cuisson les badigeonner avec un sirop (50 ml +20 gr sucre porté à l’ébullition) pour la brillance.</p>

<li>1 lapin de un kg 500 gr.</li>
<li>De petits pois</li>
<li>De fèves décortiquées</li>
<li>1  oignon coupé.</li>
<li>2 c à s d’huile d’olive.</li>
<li>1c à s de sauce Maggi</li>
<li>du persil et de coriandre écrasés avec sel et 3 ails.</li>
<li>1c à c de chaque : curcuma, gingembre, poivre</li>
<li>2 verres d’eau.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Laver le lapin, le coupé, le mettre dans un récipient, mariner les morceaux du lapin avec le mélange herbes-ail-sel, les épices, la sauce Maggi et l’huile d’olivePlacer l’oignon dans le tagine, disposer au dessus de l’oignon les morceaux de lapin marinés l’un à coté de l’autre pour que leur cuisson soit uniforme.</p>
<p>Ajouter sur le côté l’eau, couvrir le tagine et laisser cuire.</p>

<p>Mettre à blanchir séparément les petits pois et les fèves dans l’eau bouillante salée, 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Les égoutter et les mettre dans de l’eau glacée pour stopper la cuisson, les laisser refroidir et les égoutter délicatement.</p>

<p>10 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson de lapin ajouter les légumes, couvrir le tagine et terminer la cuisson.</p>
<p>Arroser par un filet d’huile d’olive et servir le tagine chaud.</p>

<li>500 gr de farine à gâteaux.</li>
<li>5 gr de vanille en poudre.</li>
<li>2 cuillères à soupe de confiture d’abricot.</li>

<li>Quantité suffisante d’amande avec peau concassée.</li>
<li>Confiture d’abricot</li>
<li>Un peu de mégarome fraise</li>

<p><b>La pâte </b></p>
<p>Mélanger, dans un récipient, à la main sans trop pétrir le beurre doux ramolli et le sucre glace.</p>
<p>Incorporer les deux jaunes d’œufs et l’œuf entier (grader les blancs pour l’enrobage).</p>
<p>Puis ajouter la confiture d’abricot (éviter une confiture de couleur rouge).</p>
<p>Ajouter la poudre d’amande et la vanille en poudre ou liquide.</p>
<p>Introduire la farine peu à peu jusqu’à ce que la pâte ne colle plus à la main.</p>

<p>Faire des bâtonnets de la pâte de 20 gr, les mettre dans les bancs d’œufs, les rouler dans l’amande entière concassée.</p>
<p>Faire un creux long au milieu.</p>
<p>Enfourner à 160°C jusqu’à dorure.</p>
<p>Si à la cuisson la pâte monte alors à mi-cuisson appuyer sur les creux avec une cuillère en bois.</p>
<p>Mélanger un peu de mégarome fraise avec la confiture, bien tourner pour avoir la couleur rouge, puis remplir les creux.</p>
