<p><b>La cuisson du foie de volaille</b></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Mettre le foie dans une casserole avec les deux feuilles de laurier et le vinaigre blanc , couvrir le foie d’eau et le porter deux minutes à l’ébullition pour le blanchir, puis l’égoutter et le réserver.</p>

<p>Faire sauter dans une poêle l’oignon émincé+ le gingembre et l’ail rapés  avec  d’huile  d’olive et un peu de sel –poivre, dés que l’oignon tombe, ajouter les lamelles champignons, un peu d’eau et la sauce Maggi  tout en remuant 2 minutes .</p>

<p>Ajouter le foie blanchi , la farine le fromage blanc le reste de sel-poivre et le reste d’eau en remuant jusqu’à épaississement de la sauce. Ajouter, hors feu la coriandre hachée</p>

<p><b>La cuisson des pennes au blé complet</b></p>

<p>Porter à l’ébullition de l’eau dans un grand fait-tout</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>A l’ébullition ajouter 1 cà  s d’huile d’olive et  saler l’eau bouillante et mettre délicatement les pennes  à cuire pour 10 à 11 minutes (le temps de cuisson est  marqué sur le sachet), Remuer un peu si la pâte colle</p>

<p>Égoutter la pâte cuite  et la mélanger avec le foie de volailles aux champignons,ajouter ajouter un peu de bouillon de cuisson de pâtes s&rsquo;il le faut, un peu de parmesan et remuer  délicatement , dresser les plats décorer avec juste un peu de parmesan.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Les pâtes se dégustent aussitôt car elles n’attendent pas</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>NB : huiler à l’huile d’olive les pâtes qui restent ( sans sauce) et les réserver dans une boite fermée jusqu’à 3 jours.</p>
