<li>2  pommes</li>
<li>2 poires</li>
<li>1 citron</li>
<li>1 concombre</li>
<li>400 gr de yaourt fait maison</li>
<li>80 gr de sucre selon le goût</li>
<li>600 ml d’eau fraîche</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Laver et éplucher les oranges et le citron, les couper grossièrement.</p>
<p>Laver et  épépiner  les poires et les pommes, garder leur peau, les couper grossièrement.</p>
<p>Laver, éplucher légèrement  le concombre le couper grossièrement.</p>
<p>Mettre les fruits coupés avec le sucre dans le bol de Thermomix et mixer en  réglant 40 sec / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement.</p>

<p>Ajouter le yaourt et l’eau et mixer 40 sec / vit 4.</p>
<p>Passer le jus à travers un chinois ou une passoire et le mettre au frais avant de déguster.</p>
