<li>250 gr de farine complète</li>
<li>500 gr de farine blanche</li>
<li>350 gr d’eau</li>
<li>20 gr de levure boulangère sèche</li>
<li> Une pincée de sel</li>
<li>10 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>50 gr d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>80 gr d’olive noires dénoyautées</li>
<li>80 gr de fromage gouda</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix  la levure boulangère sèche, le sucre, l’huile d’olive et l’eau  fermer le couvercle, et régler 2 min / 37°C /  vitesse 2.</p>

<p>Ajouter les deux farine et  le sel, puis régler 3 min/fonction pétrir.</p>

<p>Laisser lever la pâte une première fois dans le bol fermé, ajouter le fromage et les olives noires dénoyautées et régler 30  sec / fonction pétrir.</p>

<p>Saupoudrer le plan de travail avec un peu de farine et façonner des galettes de pain.</p>
<p>Poser les galettes sur des plaques recouvertes d’une silicone et les laisser lever une seconde fois dans un endroit à l’abri de l’air.</p>
<p>Inciser  les galettes et les mouiller avec un peu d’eau, et enfourner dans un four chaud jusqu’à dorure souhaitée.</p>
<p><b>NB :</b> On supprime le sel si les olives sont salées.</p>
