<ul>
<li>500 gr de  langues d’oiseau</li>
<li>300 gr de blanc de dinde</li>
<li>200 gr de crème fraîche cuisson</li>
<li>200 gr de fromage blanc 0% MG</li>
<li>100 gr de gruyère râpé</li>
<li>Un  oignon</li>
<li>3 gousses d’ail</li>
<li>La ciboulette</li>
<li>2 c à s d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>1 c à s de sauce Maggi</li>
<li>½ c à c de chaque poivre, gingembre et sel</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p><b>La cuisson des pâtes langue d’oiseau </b></p>
<p>Porter à l’ébullition 5 litres d’eau, saler un peu l’eau et attendre à nouveau l’ébullition, puis mettre à cuire 15 minutes les pâtes langues d’oiseau, les égoutter après cuisson et les réserver.</p>

<p><b>La cuisson de blanc de dinde</b></p>
<p>Couper en petits dés l’oignon, râper l’ail puis les faire sauter avec l’huile d’olive, sel, poivre et gingembre.</p>
<p>Ajouter le blanc de dinde coupé en dés, un verre d’eau et laisser cuire en remuant jusqu’à évaporation du liquide.</p>

<p>Hors feu ajouter, la sauce Maggi, le fromage blanc, la crème fraîche, le 1/3 de fromage gruyère, les langues d&rsquo;oiseau cuites et la ciboulette ciselée, puis mélanger.</p>

<p><b>Montage</b></p>
<p>Remplir des barquettes par la réparation et couvrir par le fromage gruyère râpé.</p>
<p>Enfourner le gratin dans un four chaud 10 à 15 minutes  jusqu’à légère dorure.</p>
<p>Fermer les barquettes.</p>
