<p>Délicieux muffins aux myrtilles, moelleux, simple et facile au Thermomix</p>
<p><strong><b>Ingrédients</b></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1œuf بيضة</li>
<li>80gr d’huile de table الزيت</li>
<li>80gr de sucre السكر</li>
<li>1 sachet de sucre vanillé سكرفاني</li>
<li>100 gr de babeurre لبن</li>
<li>150 gr de farine blanche طحين ابيض</li>
<li>8gr de levure chimique  خميرة حلوى</li>
<li>Une pincée de selقبصة ملح طعام</li>
<li>1c à c de vinaigre  خل</li>
<li>Quelques myrtilles توتازرق</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><b>Préparation</b></strong></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 170°C feu en haut et en bas</p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix l’œuf, le sel, le sucre vanillé, le sucre,le babeurre, l’huile et la farine puis régler 20 sec /vit 8.</p>
<p>Racler les bords.</p>
<p>Ajouter la levure chimique et le vinaigre, puis programmer 5 sec/vit 5.</p>
<p>Remplir au 3/4 les caissettes placées dans les empreintes d’un moule à muffins, ou remplir directement les empreintes d’un moule à muffins en silicone.</p>
<p>Ajouter quelques myrtilles dans chaque empreinte.</p>
<p>Enfourner le moule à muffins dans un four préchauffé à 170°C pour 15 à 10 minutes, avec surveillance du four.</p>
<p>Démouler les muffins et les laisser refroidir sur une grille</p>
<p>Saupoudrer les muffins avec du sucre glace(facultatif).<br />

<li>Des fruits rouges et des noix pour la décoفواكه حمراء و كركاع أي عين الجمل للتزيين</li>

<p><strong>Préparation</strong></p>
<p>Mettre dans un récipient, les œufs, le sel et le sucre et blanchir les œufs avec un batteur à haute vitesse, jusqu’à formation d’un ruban</p>
<p>Ajouter le zeste d’orange, ajouter l’huile de table en filet tout en battant à basse vitesse</p>
<p>Ajouter l’eau tiède en filet en fouettant</p>
<p>Ajouter la farine, la levure chimique et le vinaigre blanc, et battre un peu à basse vitesse pour les incorporer</p>
<p>Mettre l’appareil à cupcake, dans un sachet alimentaire ou dans une poche</p>
<p>Remplir au ¾ les caissettes préalablement mises dans un moule à muffins</p>
<p>Ajouter les fruits rouges et les noix grossièrement coupées</p>
<p><u>Et</u> enfourner à 170°C 20 à 25 minutes</p>
<p>Après cuisson laisser refroidir les cupcakes sur une grille et les décorer avec un peu de sucre glace.</p>

<p>Allumer le four à 180°C, mettre les caissettes  dans un moule à muffins</p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix  le son et mixer 1 min / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement.</p>

<p>Remplir au 3/4 les caissettes, enfourner à 180°C 20 à 25 minutes jusqu’à dorure</p>
<p>Après cuisson laisser refroidir les muffins un peu dans le moule puis les mettre  sur une grille.</p>

<li>Le zeste d’un citron</li>

<li>Une bonne pincée de sel</li>
<li>140 gr de myrtilles</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C, mettre les caissettes  dans un moule à muffins</p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix  tous les  ingrédients sauf les myrtilles et régler 40 sec / vit 6</p>

<p>Arrêter le robot, ajouter le 1/3 des myrtilles légèrement écrasées et remuer à la spatule, puis ajouter le reste des myrtilles enrobées dans la farine et remuer juste un peu à la spatule.</p>

<p>Remplir au 2/3 les caissettes, enfourner à 180°C 20 à 25 minutes jusqu’à dorure</p>
<p>Après cuisson laisser refroidir les muffins un peu dans le moule puis les mettre  sur une grille.</p>
<p>NB : conserver ces muffins dans une boite fermée au réfrigérateur car ils contiennent un fruit frais.</p>

<li>3 œufs</li>
<li>100 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>100 gr de miel</li>
<li>1 c à s de jus de citron</li>
<li>80 ml d’huile végétale</li>
<li>300 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
<li>15 gr de levure chimique</li>
<li>Une pincée de cannelle</li>
<li>3 carottes : 100 gr épluchées</li>
<li>2 pommes</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C, mettre les caissettes dans un moule à muffins.</p>
<p>Éplucher, épépiner, couper en lamelles et citronnier les pommes et réserver</p>

<p>Mettre les carottes coupées dans le bol de Thermomix et régler 30 secondes/vit 6 pour les mixer finement.</p>

<p>Ajouter au bol  les œufs, la farine, le miel, le sucre, l’huile, la levure chimique et la cannelle, puis régler 30 secondes /vit 5.</p>

<p>Mettre l’appareil à  muffins dans une poche et remplir au ¾ les caissettes, ajouter dans chaque caissettes des lamelles de pommes.</p>
<p>Enfourner à 180°C 25 à 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Après cuisson laisser refroidir les muffins  sur une grille</p>

<li>80 ml d’huile de table</li>
<li>250 ml de crème fraiche cuisson</li>
<li>20  gr de levure chimique</li>
<li>1/4 c à c de sel et du poivre</li>

<li>70 gr de fromage camembert</li>
<li>80 gr de fromage râpé</li>
<li>150 gr de dés de dinde</li>
<li>60 gr de dés de poivrons rouges et verts</li>
<li>4 brins de thym frais</li>
<li>Un cube de bouillon herbe-huile d’olive.</li>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C</p>
<p>Sauter dans une poêle les dés de dinde avec un peu d’huile de table, puis ajouter les deux poivrons, un peu de sel et poivre et poursuivre la cuisson 5 minutes en remuant, hors feu ajouter le thym et laisser refroidir.</p>

<p>Verser cette préparation sur le contenu de la poêle et mélanger à la cuillère.</p>
<p>Remplir au 2/3 les empreintes d’une silicone   et enfourner  20 minutes à 180°C</p>
