<li>3 c à s de sauce tomate à pizza</li>
<li>200 gr de fines rondelles d’oignon</li>
<li> Une grosse boule de mozzarelle</li>
<li>Du basilic</li>
<li>Un peu de sel, poivre et huile d’olive</li>

<p><strong>La pâte à pizza</strong></p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de  Thermomix   l’eau, la levure et le sucre puis régler 1 min/37°C/vit 2.</p>

<p>Ajouter la farine,  l’huile d’olive et le sel, puis pétrir tous les ingrédients  20 min à la main ou 10 min dans un robot ou 3 min/fonction pétrir au Thermomix, la laisser lever puis la dégazer</p>

<p><strong>Protocole</strong></p>
<p>Etaler  la pâte sur un plat huilé à pizza de préférence perforé.</p>
<p>Etaler la sauce tomate pizza, saupoudrer les rondelles d’oignon, la basilique coupée, puis placer joliment les rondelles de tomate en les chevauchant, saler, poivrer, placer la mozzarelle coupée et huiler</p>
<p>Enfourner dans un four chaud feu en bas jusqu’à dorure de la pâte</p>
<p>Après cuisson de la pizza l’arroser par un filet d’huile  d’olive et la servir chaude.</p>
