<li>100 gr d’amandes entières</li>
<li>40 gr de graines de lin</li>
<li>500 gr de faine à gâteaux</li>
<li>250 gr de sucre en poudre.</li>
<li>100 gr d’huile de table.</li>
<li>3 œufs.</li>
<li>5 gr de vanille en poudre</li>
<li>1 c à c de graines d’anis</li>
<li>1 sachet de 8 gr de levure chimique.</li>
<li>Un soupçon de sel.</li>
<li>Un peu de café soluble pour la dorure</li>

<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Mettre  dans le bol de Thermomix les œufs, le sucre en poudre et le sel, régler 5 min / vit 6.</p>

<p>Ajouter les amandes entières et mixer 2 sec /vit6</p>

<p>Diviser la pâte en 3 parts égales.</p>
<p>Huiler les mains et confectionner des baguettes de 6 -7cm de diamètre et disposer sur une plaque recouverte d’une silicone.</p>
<p>Badigeonner les baguettes par le café soluble dilué avec un peu d’eau et y faire des motifs avec une fourchette</p>
<p>Enfourner dans un four préchauffé  à 150°C 40 minutes pour une demi-cuisson  jusqu’à dorure légère.</p>

<p>Après cuisson, envelopper les baguettes chaudes dans un sachet alimentaire, puis laisser transpirer et refroidir les baguettes une nuit.</p>
<p>Couper les baguettes avec un couteau bien aiguisé.</p>
<p>Déposer sur une plaque recouverte d’une silicone, puis terminer la cuisson jusqu’à dorure souhaitée.</p>

<li>50 gr de beurre doux</li>

<li>3 fromages à tartiner</li>
<li>70 gr de thon avec huile</li>
<li>2 c à s de coriandre hachée</li>
<li>1 sachet de 7 gr de levure chimique.</li>
<li>1 c à c d’épices poisson</li>
<li>1 c à c de zeste de citron</li>
<li>1 c à s rase de moutarde ancienne</li>
<li>1 c à s rase de harissa</li>
<li>1 c à c de sel.</li>
<li>½ c à c de gingembre</li>
<li>450 gr de faine à gâteaux</li>
<li>200 ml d’eau</li>

<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Mettre les graines de lin dans le bol de Thermomix, mixer 15 sec / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement</p>

<p>Ajouter les autres ingrédients sauf la farine, la levure chimique et l’eau et mixer 15 sec / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement</p>

<p>Racler les bords et ajouter  la farine, la levure chimique et l’eau et pétrir en réglant 3 min/fonction pétrir.</p>

<p>Confectionner des baguettes de moins 1 cm de diamètre et disposer sur une plaque.</p>
<p>Enfourner dans un four préchauffé  à 160°C pour une demi-cuisson  jusqu’à dorure très légère.</p>

<p>Couper les petites baguettes avec des ciseaux de façon inclinée.</p>
<p>Déposer  les amuses gueules sur une plaque non huilée, puis terminer la cuisson jusqu’à dorure souhaitée de 25 à 30 minutes à 160°C.</p>
