<p>Cake au surimi et aux olives noires est un cake salé, léger, rapide à réaliser et idéal à présenter au dîner avec une soupe aux légumes.</p>

<ul>
<li>250 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
<li>14 gr de levure chimique</li>
<li>4 œufs</li>
<li>70 ml d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>10 bâtonnets de surimi</li>
<li>150 gr de gruyère</li>
<li>150 gr d’olive noire dénoyautée</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C<br />
Beurrer et fariner un moule à cake</p>

<p>Tamiser dans un saladier la farine et la levure, puis ajouter en remuant à la cuillère les œufs , l’huile d’olive et terminer avec le surimi coupé , le formage râpé et les olives dénoyautée entière<br />
Verser la préparation dans le moule et enfourner à 180°C pour 45 minutes<br />
Après cuisson, démouler le cake et le poser sur une grille.</p>
