<p><b>La génoise au cacao amer </b></p>
<p>Blanchir dans un robot avec le fouet le sucre et les œufs<br />
Ajouter à la spatule la farine le cacao la levure chimique tamisée<br />
Verser la préparation sur le caramel</p>

<p><b>Le flan </b></p>
<p>Mixer l’ensemble des ingrédients : le lait de coco, œufs, sucre et fécule de maïs<br />
Verser la préparation sur la génoise<br />
Enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 180°C pour 50 minutes jusqu’à ce que le couteau en sorte sec<br />
Laisser refroidir puis démouler</p>
