<ul>
<li>200 gr de khlii</li>
<li>1 c à s de graisse de cuisson de khlii</li>
<li>Un oignon coupé en petit dés</li>
<li>Un poivron rouge coupé en petit dés</li>
<li>60 gr de vermille de riz cuit</li>
<li>Un œuf</li>
<li>3 feuilles de pastilla</li>
<li>¼ de c à c de paprika, cumin, poivre, coriandre moulu</li>
<li>½ c à c d’herbe de Provence</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Faire sauter dans une poêle l’oignon, le poivron rouge et la graisse de khlii en remuant.</p>
<p>Ajouter le khlii émietté le vermicelle et les épices, remuer sur feu moyen 2 minutes</p>
<p>Ajouter l’œuf et remuer, laisser cuire 1 minutes pour évaporer toute la sauce.</p>

<p>Couper les feuilles de pastilla en bandes et façonner des briwattes voir illustration, huiler un peu les briwattes et les mettre à dorer au four.</p>
