<p>Mettre tous les ingrédients de la pâte dans le bol de thermomix et régler 3 min/ fonction pétrir pour obtenir une pâte souple.</p>

<p>Huiler les mains, façonner des boules, étaler chaque boule, parsemer un peu de semoule fine mélangée avec la levure chimique et un peu d’huile, mettre au centre le mélange de fromage râpé, plier de telle sorte à avoir un carré et à cacher les fromages.</p>

<p>Etaler une autre boule, parsemer le mélange semoule-levure et l’huile, mettre le carré au centre en mettant son ouverture vers le bas, plier la pâte pour le cacher et pour avoir de nouveau un autre carré.</p>

<p>Commencer par étaler le premier carré, chauffer une poêle, parsemer quelques goutes d’huile et mettre à cuire la crêpe des deux côtés.</p>
