Le Ghee, Ghi, le beurre clarifié est un beurre animal duquel on élimine l’eau, lactose et les protéines en le chauffant pour garder que la matière grasse pure, avec le Thermomix sa préparation est facile et rapide

Le Ghee contient des gras saturés, peu de cholestérols, supporte les hautes températures,c’est un beurre sain pour la santé

Ingrédients

  • Beurre animal pour moi 580 gr زبدةحيوانية

Préparation

Couper le beurre animal en dés

Mettre les dés du beurre animal dans le bol de Thermomix est régler 40 min /120°/ la cuillère.pour cuire le beurre

Laisser reposer le beurre cuit 10 minutes sans le mélanger

Mettre une passoire très fine sur un bocal en verre stérile et passer doucement le beurre clarifié dans le bol à travers cette passoire sans le résidus déposé au fond du bol de Thermomix

Laisser refroidir le beurre clarifié, il durcit, fermer le bocal

On peut le garder jusqu’à un an hors réfrigérateur

Préparation

Couper le beurre animal en dés

Mettre les dés du beurre animal dans le bol de Thermomix est régler 15 min /varoma /cuillère.

Puis continuer la cuisson en réglant 15 min / 120° / cuillère.

Mettre une passoire très fine sur un bocal en verre et passer doucement le beurre clarifié dans le bol à travers cette passoire sans le résidus déposé au fond du bol de Thermomix

Laisser refroidir le beurre clarifié, il durcit, fermer le bocal

On peut le garder jusqu’à un an hors réfrigérateur
