<li>250 gr d’amandes  émondées concassées</li>
<li>75 gr de beurre doux</li>
<li>50 gr de glucose</li>
<li>50 gr de crème fraîche cuisson</li>
<li>125 gr de sucre glace</li>
<li>50 gr de farine à gâteaux</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Tamiser les produits secs : sucre glace, poudre d’amande et farine, puis les réserver.</p>
<p>Monter les blancs en neige dans un batteur avec le fouet, en les serrant avec les 10 et  gr de sucre et le sucre vanillé à ajouter en trois fois en augmentant la vitesse du robot à chaque fois qu’on ajoute le sucre.</p>
<p>Ajouter  progressivement les produits secs en mélangeant doucement avec une spatule pour ne pas faire tomber l’appareil.</p>

<p>Mettre la préparation dans une poche et façonner des coques de 3cm de diamètre espacés et <b>alignés</b>.</p>
<p>Et remplir les trous du moule GQ034</p>
<p>Saupoudrer l’amande effilée généreusement.</p>

<p>Enfourner dans un four chaud à 160°C 15 minutes les éponges doivent restés clairs.</p>
<p>Après cuisson, les laisser refroidir avant de démouler.</p>

<p><b>La finition</b></p>
<p>Pour les éponges rondes, mettre un nougat en sandwich entre deux éponges  en appuyant légèrement,  elles se collent facilement.</p>

<p>Pour les éponges carrées alors faire fondre du chocolat noir sucré et riche de même quantité, remplir les empreintes du moule GQ 034 et remettre les éponges carrées sur le chocolat avant qu’il ne sèche, démouler et coller au chocolat un nougat de forme carrée.</p>

<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Tamiser les produits secs : sucre glace, poudre d’amande et farine, puis les réserver.</p>
<p>Monter les blancs en neige dans un batteur avec le fouet, en les serrant avec les 25 gr de sucre à ajouter en trois fois en augmentant la vitesse du robot à chaque fois qu’on ajoute le sucre.</p>

<p>Ajouter  progressivement les produits secs en mélangeant doucement avec une spatule pour ne pas faire tomber l’appareil.</p>
<p>Mettre la préparation dans une poche à douille lisse et façonner des coques de 3cm de diamètre espacés et <b>alignés</b>.</p>

<p>Enfourner dans un four chaud à 160°C 15 minutes les éponges doivent restés clairs.</p>
<p>Après cuisson, les laisser refroidir avant de démouler.</p>
