<ul>
<li>450 ml d’eau</li>
<li>375 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>30 gr de pectine</li>
<li>145 gr de glucose</li>
<li>10 gr d’acide citrique</li>
<li>1 c à c de mégarôme citron ou framboise</li>
<li>2 c à s d’eau</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Ajouter à l’acide citrique 2 cuillères à soupe d’eau  remuer  pour le diluer, le réserver.</p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix TM5 l’eau, le sucre en poudre, le glucose et la pectine et  régler 30 min/varoma /vit 3 sans gobelet couvrir avec le panier, pour laisser échapper la vapeur.</p>
<p>Ajouter par l’orifice l’acide citrique et régler 15 min / varoma/ vit 3, 5. Sans gobelet couvrir avec le panier.</p>

Placer des moules individuels sur une silicone ou un papier cuisson<br />
Façonner des petites boules<br />
Disposer ces boules de pâte dans chaque moule et les aplatir, puis laisser lever la pâte<br />
Badigeonner avec du lait et saupoudrer les graines selon le gout.<br />
Enfourner dans un four chaud 10 à 15 minutes jusqu’à dorure.<br />
Démouler délicatement en s’aidant d’un couteau.</p>
