<li>45 gr de cacao en poudre</li>

<li>½ c à c de mégarôme café.</li>
<li>15 gr de levure chimique</li>

<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Allumer le four à 180°C</p>
<p><b>Le caramel </b></p>
<p>Faire cuire sans remuer,  le sucre en poudre dans une casserole à fond épais, pour obtenir une couleur de miel, verser le caramel dans le moule à cake et laisser refroidir le temps de préparer le flan</p>

<p>Verser l’appareil à cake dans le moule sur le flan.</p>

<p><b>La cuisson au bain marie</b></p>
<p>Déposer le moule dans un autre moule plus grand  rempli à moitié par l’eau bouillante et enfourner le tout pour une cuisson au bain marie dans un four  préchauffé à 180°C 45 à 50 minutes</p>
<p>Après cuisson, laisser refroidir le dessert dans son moule, le mettre au frais au moins 3 heures, puis le démouler.</p>
