<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre les flocons d’avoine dans le bol de Thermomix, fermer le couvercle, mixer 1 min /  vitesse 8.</p>

<p>Ajouter dans cet ordre, l’huile d’olive, le sel, l’eau, la semoule fine, le sucre et la levure boulangère pour ne pas mettre le sel et la levure en contact, puis régler 3 min/fonction pétrir.</p>
<p>La pâte est collante.</p>

<p>Saupoudrer le plan de travail par la semoule  fine et façonner des galettes sans faire pénétrer la semoule à l’intérieur la semoule à l’intérieur.</p>
<p>Laisser lever la pâte dans un endroit à l’abri de l’air. Pour avoir les craquelures, laisser bien lever la pâte. Et enfourner dans un four chaud jusqu’à dorure souhaitée.</p>
