<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix les feuilles d’épinards et la coriandre avec la moitié d’eau et régler 15 secondes/ vit 10 en s’aidant avec la spatule.</p>

<p>Ajouter  au bol la farine, le beurre, le sel et le reste d’eau, puis  régler 50 secondes / fonction pétrir.</p>
<p>Verser la pâte friable sur le plan de travail et la ramasser à la main, la laisser reposer dans un plastique au moins 30 minutes.</p>

<p>Etaler la pâte sur un plan légèrement fariné, enfoncer un moule à tarte, la piquer, la couvrir par un papier cuisson et la remplir par haricot sec  ou autre féculent et lui donner une demi-cuisson.</p>
