<p>Mettre dans le bol de Thermomix les graines de blé et mixer 2 min 30 sec / vit 10 en augmentant la vitesse doucement, racler les parois du bol.</p>

<p>La pâte est très molle, la laisser lever  une première fois dans le bol fermé, puis ajouter le mélange olives noires- huile d’olive- thym et pétrir 15 secondes pour dégazer la pâte et incorporer les olives.</p>

<p>Saupoudrer le plan de travail avec un peu de farine, rouler la pâte sur la farine sans la faire pénétrer à l’intérieur de la pâte, couper la pâte avec la spatule.</p>
<p>Poser les morceaux de pâte  sur des plaques recouvertes d’une silicone et à l’aide de la spatule faire des motifs qui servent à aplatir légèrement la pâte.</p>
<p>Laisser lever à nouveau la pâte, la badigeonner avec un peu d’eau, la saupoudrer par la farine.</p>
<p>Enfourner dans un four chaud jusqu’à dorure souhaitée, le pain est cuit quand son dessus sonne creux lorsqu’on le tapote.</p>

<p>Ajouter dans cet ordre, le sel, l’eau, la farine blanche, la levure boulangère, le sucre et la levure boulangère pour ne pas mettre le sel et la levure en contact, puis régler 3 min/fonction pétrir.</p>

<p>Ajouter le mélange de différentes graines et régler 45 sec / fonction inverse</p>
<p>Saupoudrer le plan de travail par un peu  farine blanche, façonner des boules de même taille, les aplatir et laisser lever la pâte à l’abri de l’air, puis piquer les galettes et les enfourner dans un four chaud pour une cuisson complète.</p>

<p>C’est un pain complet dont les grains de blé sont fraichement moulus au thermomix. La préparation de ce genre de pain est désormais possible à la maison grâce au robot Thermomix.</p>
<p><b>Ingrédients</b></p>
<ul>
<li>250 gr de grains de blé</li>
<li>250 gr de farine blanche</li>
<li>320 gr d’eau</li>
<li>10 gr de levure boulangère sèche</li>
<li>6 gr de sel</li>
<li>10 gr de sucre en poudre</li>
<li>1/2golet d’huile d’olive</li>
<li>Graines de pavot+farine pour la finition.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation</b></p>
<p>Mettre les grains de blé dans le bol de Thermomix , fermer le couvercle, mixer 2 min /  vitesse 10, puis racler avec la spatule les bords du bol.</p>

<p>Ajouter dans cet ordre, le sel, l’huile d’olive, l’eau, la farine blanche, la levure boulangère et le sucre pour ne pas mettre le sel et la levure en contact, puis régler 3 min/fonction pétrir.</p>
<p>La pâte doit être collante sinon ajouter un peu d’eau (10 à 15 ml) et régler 1 min/fonction pétrir.</p>

<p>Saupoudrer un plateau par la farine blanche puis au dessus par les graines de pavot. Mettre la pâte à pain sur le bord inférieur du plateau et l’enrouler en le poussant vers le bord supérieur avec la spatule.</p>
<p>Toujours avec la spatule couper la pâte en des morceaux irréguliers sans faire pénétrer la farine à l’intérieur, poser les morceaux sur une plaque recouverte d’une silicone, puis faire un quadrillage en appuyant avec la spatule.</p>
<p>Laisser lever la pâte dans un endroit à l’abri de l’air. Et enfourner dans un four chaud jusqu’à dorure souhaitée.</p>
