<ul>
<li>300 g de farine</li>
<li>32 g de levure chimique</li>
<li>4 œufs</li>
<li>100 g fromage rouge râpé</li>
<li>100 g crevettes décortiquées</li>
<li>200 g lait</li>
<li>160 g huile</li>
<li>Sel et poivre</li>
<li>2 cuillères à café de ciboulette</li>
<li>120 g de mozzarella coupée en dés</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Préparation </b></p>
<p>Dans un mixeur ou un batteur, mixer les œufs, le lait, l’huile, le sel et poivre.<br />
Hors batteur, ajouter en tournant à la spatule les crevettes crues, les deux fromages, la ciboulette et tourner.<br />
Ajouter la farine et la levure tamisée.<br />
Mettre dans un moule en silicone de référence SF022.<br />
Enfourner à 180 degrés entre 15 et 20 minutes jusqu’à dorure en surveillant le four.<br />
Démouler et laisser refroidir sur une grille.</p>
