Délicieuse salade riche en vitamine à la betterave et aux carottes avec un sublime croustillant dû à la noix et à l’oignon

Ingrédients

  • 1 carotte coupée en julienne
  • 1 betterave cuite coupée en julienne
  • 2 noix grossièrement coupée
  • 1 petit oignon coupé
  • De la vinaigrette : vinaigre de pomme, l’huile d’olive, sel

Préparation

Après avoir coupé la carotte et la betterave en julienne, mélanger tous les ingrédients et ajouter la vinaigrette au moment de servir
